A First Class Honour in Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, he has over 16 years of experience gained from working in various engineering companies in Singapore and Malaysia. He is part of Farmatec's family since 2004.

Professional Experience (Under Farmatec Engineering Sdn Bhd) :

1) Safire Pharmaceutical

• Install Stilmas Purified Water System, which include installing all the necessary piping and fitting with Orbital welding to the storage tank, followed by validation activities.

2) Upha Manufacturing Sdn Bhd

• Upgrade Eye Drop Clean Room (Grade B and Grade C), followed by Validation Activities

• Install Grade D Ear Drop HVAC system, followed by validation activities

• Upgrade Solid and Liquid Plant HVAC system, followed by validation activities

3) B Braun Medical Industries Sdn Bhd

• Install Stilmas Purified Water System, which included the pretreatment, purified water generation system and distribution loop with orbital welding and validation document.

• Install interconnection piping from POU to distiller and pure steam generator.

• Replace RO membrane and fine tuning for the RO-EDI system.

4) Inno Biologics Sdn Bhd

• Design and install Grade D HVAC system, followed by validation activities.

5) Pharmaniaga Manufacturing Berhad, Bangi

• Design and install Purified Water distribution loop for Manufacturing Suite II plant with orbital welding and validation activities.

• Install additional POU for coating machine at Cephalosporin Plant and update the validation document.

6) Pharmaniaga Life Science Sdn Bhd, Puchong

• Transfer piping connection for mixing tank and filling line, followed by validation activities.

• Utility piping connection for Fedegari Autoclave, followed by validation activities.

• To prepare HVAC validation document and execution.

• To prepare Purified Water distribution loop validation document and execution.

8) Premium Agro Sdn Bhd

• To design and build 1000 L/hr double pass RO system.

• To design and build Purified Water distribution loop for 11 POU.

• To design and build 1000 L/hr Deionised Water system.

1) Upgrading Facility Project (Production and HVAC)

• Upgrading existing drying rooms and 2 new encapsulation rooms for Softgel plant followed by validation activities

• Upgrading sterile filling rooms with Grade B and Grade A clean room quality for injectable plant, followed by validation activities

• Upgrading Microlab Sterility Room to Grade B and Grade A clean room quality, followed by validation activities

• Fully renovate External preparation plant with Grade D clean room quality, followed by validation activities

• Maintenance of the clean room and HVAC system.

2) Water For Pharmaceutical

• Upgrading and modified to improve the output of the Distilled unit, followed by validation activities

• Orbital welding, installation of new WFI distribution loop for injectable plant, followed by validation activities
